Alaskan Flower, Gem, and Environmental Essences
Discover the healing power of essences from the Alaskan Essences line. Flower, Gem, and Environmental essences are another form of frequency medicine; they are the vibrational qualities from flowers, gems, and certain places in Nature that are “collected” and “stored” in water (preserved in brandy). Water’s ability to hold information and “memory” is utilized to deliver various qualities of the God-created wilds of Alaska to your body and mind. It’s “Nature in a bottle,” as Judith Polarends, owner of the Alaskan Essences line, puts it. Most people are familiar with the classic Bach Flower Essences, containing the well-known “Rescue Remedy,” which hails from England around the 1920’s. Alaskan Essences were pioneered by Judith’s late husband, Steve Johnson, in the 1980’s.

What Can Essences Do For Me?
Essences provide a mental, emotional and/or spiritual support to life’s challenges, helping to process stress and balance emotions. They align you to your innermost self, to your relationship with the Divine/God (whatever you conceive that to be), helping to bring and keep all aspects of “you” in alignment. This results in a state of being balanced and grounded and more resilient.
Essences do not cure anything; they gently shift your internal perceptions and beliefs so you flow with life better. Sometimes, the needed shift allows you to see yourself as you truly are, which is a beautifully created soul, here for a unique purpose; this deepens self-love and acceptance. Other times, they help you to release grief and grievances embedded in epigenetic and ancestral memory. Or, they can help clear mental cobwebs and overwhelm to jump start a new project.

Kaydee is a practitioner in the Alaskan Essences line, studying the interactions between essences to best elicit a healing response, and to support the integration after; she has personally used them for a couple decades. Receive a customized essence blend by mail or in person (Mile 111 of the Glenn Highway, Alaska), and take orally for 3-4 weeks. Intake evaluation can be done in person, over the phone, or through Zoom and takes 60-90 minutes. Since layers can be unearthed with usage, it is recommended to take advantage of that “momentum” with a series of three customized blends, each taken for 3-4 weeks. Since our “inner snags” and blind spots are connected to each other, freeing up just one of these areas can lead immediately to another “somehow related” aspect or layer needing attention. To best support the fullest resolution of the initial concern, a series of three essences can elicit a cascade of insight and growth with potentially exponential power.

Essences are generally very gentle, and although very small, there is always a possibility for the tension release to be experienced as uncomfortable.
